Hermitage Medical Clinic

 WFL were engaged to manage a turnkey solution for a new  perating theatre in the Hermitage Medical Clinic. This project consisted of a design and build install to comply with the HTM’s. 

As main contractor on the project, WFL were responsible for managing the structural, electrical and mechanical installations as well as the medical gas and fit out specialist  contractors.

WFL hosted weekly meetings with the  contractors and client to ensure the project remained on programme.

WFL managed the process of live services tie ins to the existing hospital services to ensure there was no interruption to service in the other 6 No. operating theatres. These tie ins required close communication with infection control and the facilities department.

WFL managed a complex commissioning schedule under tight timelines to ensure the project was delivered to the client in adequate time for staff training prior to the first scheduled procedures.
